Cigarette, tobacco, and electronic vaping device retail licenses

A Cigarette, Tobacco, and Electronic Vaping Device is required in order to sell cigarette, tobacco, or electronic vaping device products in the State of Wisconsin. Licenses are renewed yearly and run from July 1 through June 30. Regular and renewal licenses are $10.00.

2025 Deadlines

• All renewal application forms must be completed and submitted to the Village  Office no later than 2 pm Wednesday, April 30, 2025. 
• Fees will be invoiced by the Village once the license has been approved by the Village Board and sent to the license holder.
• Fees are due by 3 pm Wednesday, June 11, 2025. All fees must be paid before licenses can be issued to the business.
