Garbage & recycling complaint form

The Village of Bloomington is committed to helping residents resolve trash and recycling collection issues as quickly as possible. If you experience a missed collection, damaged cart, property damage, or another service-related problem, please complete a Trash & Recycling Service Complaint Form.

• Missed trash collection
• Missed recycling collection
• Collection occurred significantly later than scheduled
• Damaged trash or recycling cart
• Cart not returned to its proper location
• Debris or litter left behind after collection
• Property damage caused during collection
• Other collection-related concerns

1. Download and complete the Trash & Recycling Service Complaint Form.
2. Return the completed form to the Village Office by:
   • Email: info@villageofbloomington.com
   • Mail or in person: Village of Bloomington, 453 Canal Street, Bloomington, WI 53804

If applicable, please include photographs to help document the issue.

Whenever possible, complaints should be submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled collection date to allow for timely investigation and resolution.

The information provided helps the Village:

• Document service concerns
• Communicate with our waste collection contractor
• Track recurring issues
• Work toward prompt resolution and improved service for residents
